The Facilitator

 

The program is delivered by an experienced mindfulness facilitator and educator with 19 years of meditation practice, professional associations and postgraduate qualifications in psychology.

The picturesque mountain valley provides the perfect back drop for guests to forget about the stresses of everyday life.
